How do I order at Chershop.com?
Its easy! Find the products that you want to purchase by looking through the different sections of the Chershop.com website. When you find something you would like to purchase click on the shopping cart icon. The item is then put into your shopping cart, where you can change the quantity of how many you want to purchase. You can continue to look through our inventory and add more items by clicking on "Continue Shopping". Once you are ready to pay for your items click on the 'Checkout" icon (to the left) and click on "Secure Checkout". Then follow all instructions and your purchase is complete. You will receive a confirmation E-mail detailing when items are dispatched.

Please note that payments are processed by Paypal.com and you DO NOT need a Paypal.com account to order.

How Secure is the Chershop.com website?
When buying goods and submitting your credit card number over the internet, security is our priority. We believe the security of your credit card details and personal details to be of the upmost importance. To give you the confidence to shop with Chershop.com all transactions are processed via Secure Servers through PayPal, using the latest Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. Packaging & Shipping
All packages are sent via AIR MAIL from Australia. Shipping is calculated at check-out depending on your order size. For all orders over USD$100 the order is automatically insured. Usually it takes between 5-21 days for delivery from Australia anywhere in the world.

I don't have a credit card. How can I purchase at Chershop.com?
There are a few other ways you can purchase at Chershop.com! You can pay with registered US Cash, US Money Order or Personal Cheque. Some of these options incur a bank fee. Please E-mail sales@chershop.com with the items you are interested in purchasing and we will contact you, with an alternative way of ordering. Chershop.com also accepts Pay Pal payments, just list the items you would like to purchase and E-mail sales@chershop.com and we will get back to you within 12 hours. If you need any help when it comes to alternative ordering please contact us!

What happens if my order is damaged in transit?
All items are sent in sturdy packaging which should ensure that you receive the items in perfect condition. Occasionally however, packages are damaged in transit. If you receive goods from us that have been damaged in transit you MUST inform us within 10 days of receipt of your order. Customers must return the damaged goods along with the original packaging by First or Second class mail only, the cost of which will be refunded by Chershop.com. No replacements can be sent unless the complete item is returned. Please remember to include a note of your name and address in the package.

Will Chershop.com buy my Cher stuff from me?
Chershop.com is constantly looking at new items to add to our inventory. If you are selling Cher related merchandise, please send us your lists and we will get back to you with a buy price. If you are looking for a particular Cher item we might be able to help! Send your want-lists here.
